Important information regarding the independent nature of University Notification, public data sourcing, and user verification guidelines.
1. Independent Information Platform
University Notification is an independent educational information and directory platform. It is NOT a government website and is NOT affiliated with, operated by, endorsed by, or representing any Central or State University, government department, statutory council, or regulatory authority (including but not limited to UGC, AICTE, NTA, MCI, DCI, or the Ministry of Education, Government of India).
The portal serves solely as an aggregator and structured index of publicly available university notifications, exam schedules, and circulars for informational and educational reference.
2. Sourcing of Information & Verification Advisory
All circulars, exam dates, admission guidelines, cutoffs, syllabus updates, and university metadata displayed on this platform are extracted from publicly accessible official university websites, open notice boards, and press bulletins.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain current and accurate index listings, users (students, parents, guardians, and academic staff) are strictly advised to verify all critical deadlines, exam venues, fee payment details, eligibility criteria, and application rules directly on the official website of the respective university before taking any academic or financial action.
3. Dynamic University Schedules & Availability
University administrations may modify exam timetables, extend admission deadlines, reschedule counselling sessions, or withdraw circulars at their sole discretion without prior notice.
University Notification does not guarantee that every indexed external link or document URL will remain permanently accessible, as universities periodically update or restructure their web servers and archive directories.
4. External Links to Third-Party Domains
This website provides direct hyperlinks to official university domains and third-party document servers for user convenience. University Notification has no control over the content, uptime, security, or privacy policies of third-party domains.
Navigating to external university portals is subject to the terms and privacy practices of those respective institutions.
5. Corrections & Notice Takedowns
If you represent an academic institution or notice an error in a listing or broken link on our portal, please contact us via our Contact Us page so we can expeditiously review and correct the record.
