Admission Notice: For Short Term Courses - 2019

Notification Subject: Awareness regarding charging of Fee/Funds from eligible Scheduled Caste (SC) Students under PMS-SC Scholarship Scheme. This is informed to all concerned that the Department of Higher Education, Government of Haryana vide Memo No. KW 03/31-2018 Sch(2) dated 06 October 2025 (Copy enclosed), has issued instructions regarding charging of fee and funds from eligible Scheduled Caste (SC) students under the Post Matric Scholarship (PMS-SC) Scheme where in institutions are required to verify the eligibility criteria of SC students for award of PMS-SC Scholarship and, if found eligible, the last date for depositing the fee may be extended till the scholarship amount is transferred to the student’s account by the Government. If required, the University may obtain an undertaking from such students that the fee shall be deposited immediately after receiving the scholarship amount in their account.” Accordingly, the above instructions shall be implemented in Shri Vishwakarma Skill University from the Academic Session 2026-27 onwards. Therefore, all eligible SC students are advised to complete their scholarship application process within the prescribed timeline and submit all required documents to the concerned branch/department of the University.
