NOTIFICATION As per the directions of the Competent Authority, it is hereby informed to all concerned that the schedule for Counselling for B.Pharmacy and D.Pharmacy is schedule from September 30, 2026 to October 16, 2026 for admissions for the Academic Session 2026– 27, to be conducted at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Dudhola (Palwal) except Gazette Holiday and Sunday. Reporting Venue: 3E Block (Udaygiri Bhawan), Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Dudhola, Palwal Reporting time for counselling is from 9:30 AM to 05:00 PM on all counselling days. (Except Gazette Holiday and Sunday) Diploma in Pharmacy 1st Counselling : 01/10/2026 to 06/10/2026 2nd Counselling: 14/10/2026 to 16/10/2026 Bachelor in Pharmacy 1st Counselling: 30/09/2026 to 05/10/2026 2nd Counselling: 12/10/2026 to 14/10/2026 Important Instructions for students: - Candidates are required to bring the following desired documents during the Physical Counselling: 1. Printout of the filled HSTES Admission Application Form. 2. Copy of Class 10th/ Class 12th/ ITI/ Diploma/ Graduation Marksheets/ Provisional Diploma/ Degree as per required eligibility. 3. Valid Category Certificate, wherever applicable (SC/BC/PH/ESM/FF, etc.). 4. Income and Asset Certificate (FY-2026) issued by Competent Authority of Haryana Government where applicable (EWS/TFW/BC-A/BC-B categories) 5. Copy of Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) for Haryana resident candidates. 6. Copy of Aadhaar Card and EPIC (Voter Identity Card). 7. Four recent passport-size photographs. 8. Relevant supporting certificates, wherever applicable (EWS/KM/TFW/HGST/SGC, etc.). 9. Candidates in Schedule Caste category having income less than Rs. 2.5 Lakh (Verified PPP and Income Certificate FY 2026) are eligible for Post Matrix Scholarship and exempted for depositing of fee. (only Security amount will be deposited). 10. Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable) & Copy of APAAR ID. 11. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (Private or Government). 12.
