It is hereby notified for information and compliance that a duly prescribed Vehicle Request Form shall be submitted for availing vehicle facility for official duties. The request shall be recommended by the concerned Head of the Department/Section and forwarded through the Controller of Vehicles for approval of the Registrar. The vehicle facility shall be provided only after approval of the Registrar. In case the Institute vehicle is not available, an outside taxi/ vehicle may be arranged with the approval of the Registrar, as per the applicable rules and approved rates of the Institute.
