Printout of the filled University Online Admission Application Form. 2. Copy of Class 10th/ Class 12th/ ITI/ Diploma/ Graduation Marksheets/ Provisional Diploma/ Degree as per required eligibility. 3. Valid Category Certificate, wherever applicable (SC/BC/PH/ESM/FF, etc.). 4. Income and Asset Certificate (FY-2026) issued by Competent Authority of Haryana Government where applicable (EWS/TFW/BC-A/BC-B categories) 5. Copy of Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) for Haryana resident candidates. 6. Copy of Aadhaar Card and EPIC (Voter Identity Card). 7. Four recent passport-size photographs. 8.
