The uploaded list of candidates for Counselling is provisional. 2. The list has been prepared on the basis of marks obtained in entrance exam (Aptitude Test) conducted on 05.07.23 followed by Skill Test on 11.07.2023 to 12.07.2023. Final merit list is based on the 70% weightage of Aptitude test scores and 30% weightage of the scores of Skill test obtained by the candidate. The merit of candidates having the same marks has been prepared as per the age criterion. 3. The name of applicant in the provisional list does not entitle him/her for admission. The final admission will be made after original document verification followed by fees submission at the time of counselling. 4. Candidate must attend the counseling physically. Candidate who fails to appear as per the given schedule for counselling will not be considered for admission. No claim for seat due to late reporting or absentees will be considered. 5. The candidate must read the Admission Notice 2023-24 carefully. 6. Any discrepancy in the provisional list may be brought into the notice of school administration before commencement of the counselling. 7. The School may conduct another round of counselling in case any seat remains -- 1 of 5 -- unfilled duringfirst round of counselling. 8. The candidate must bring all relevant original documents in support of their educational qualifications along with one set of attested photocopies of all the documents at the time of counselling. 9.
